Ellicottville Bike Shop exists to promote cycling in our hometown and provide support to all cyclists in our region.

Who We Are

Dennis Baldwin

Owner, Lead Mechanic, Sales and Racer.

Dennis began tuning bikes as an after-school job with Mud, Sweat, n Gears.  Comfortable with a wrench-in-hand, Dennis' interest in mechanics quickly welded with a love for bikes.  Dennis later managed Mud, Sweat, n Gears' ski and bike store, until establishing Ellicottville Bike Shop in 2007.

Sarah Baldwin

Owner, Sales, and Rider.

Sarah grew up riding and skiing at Sprague Brook Park.  After a ten-year hiatus without owning a bike, she purchsed her first mountain bike in 2004.  Her favorite mtb trails are in Ellicottville, SB Park, and Allegany State Park.
